'Extra Person' is defined as any additional adult or child who occupies a bed. Conditions Minimum 2 night stay. No smoking in the cottage. Sorry, no pets in the cottage or grounds. Pre-booking is essential. We charge a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation charge at the time of receiving your booking, with the balance payable when you check out. We can supply a cot and/or highchair for infants if required, for an extra charge of $10.00 per day. Please request at time of booking. Cash, Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Eftpos is not available. Cancellation & Refund Policy The 50% deposit charged at time of booking is fully refundable in the event of cancellation subject to the following: Cancellation received >14 days before arrival = full deposit refund Cancellation received 7-14 days before arrival = full deposit refund LESS 50% first night's charge Cancellation received 0-6 days before arrival = no deposit refund No cancellation received ('no show') = no refund |
